Guiding Elements
Creating a sense of security for each guest is of utmost importance.
- Before each session, I take the time to explain the process, prioritize their physical comfort, and remind them that they have control over their experience and can move or adjust as needed.
- Guests know they can leave at any time
- Guests will be informed about the possibility of various emotional releases related to stored energy.
- Guests are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- All responses are welcomed and appreciated.
Please note:
- No phone usage or photography is allowed during the sound meditation, although photos before and after the session are encouraged.
- We maintain a strong awareness of confidentiality to respect everyone’s privacy.

Practices such as asana yoga , meditation, Reiki, Karuna Ki, sound bath meditations, retreats, workshops, self-study, forest meditation, and various courses have led me to a deeper understanding of myself, enhanced self-love, and a sense of being more grounded. I embrace the fact that I am a work in progress.
HUM Sound Meditation offers both private and public sound bath meditations. The aim of sound meditation is to align all bodily systems into a harmonious state of resonance. My intention is to utilize the sound from alchemy crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, tuning forks, gongs and chimes to help guests connect with their bodies, remain present in the moment and come to a deeper state of relaxation.

A private sound session is a personalized, one-on-one experience using sound, vibration, guided meditation and breath practice to promote relaxation or well-being. The session can involve instruments like Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, a gong, tuning forks, chimes, rattles and drums, creating vibrations that may be felt physically, energetically or emotionally. Unlike group sound baths, private sessions offer focused attention and a customized approach for a deeper experience. $80 exchange/single

This group session offers a break for the nervous system to release tension and allow energy to flow and move through.
Tuning forks, frame drum, ocean drum, gongs, Crystal Tones Alchemy crystal bowls, rattles, chimes and silence may be used throughout the session.
A comfortable "nest" will be prepared for each guest using mats and blankets. $33 exchange/guest

This public session is held monthly at Tribal Vibes Wildfire Healing Centre in Regina, SK. This group session offers a break for the nervous system to release tension and allow energy to flow and move through. Tuning forks, frame drum, ocean drum, gongs, Crystal Tones Alchemy crystal bowls, rattles, chimes and silence may be used throughout the session.
A comfortable "nest" will be prepared for each guest using mats and blankets.

SLOW FLOW, RESTORE & SOUND
- Gentle Flow: connecting movement with breath, with alignment in postures. Transitions between poses are simple and the pace of the class is slow.
- Restorative: Using blocks, bolsters & blankets supporting the body to allow deep stillness. The overall calming effect on the nervous system sets a deeply relaxing tone for the class that comforts your mind and body down to the cellular level.

ACTIVE LIVING ASANA PRACTICE

- Even though I can’t control the circumstances of my life I can control how often I move my body, connect to my breath and with others. As I grow into this new part of my life (the old part - lol), I can influence how I will move through this next chapter.
- What is Asana Yoga? In yoga, asana refers to the physical postures or poses.
- We encourage the use of modifications and props to ensure accessibility for everyone, regardless of skill level. The integration of sound elements enhances your experience, helping you feel grounded and deeply in tune with your body.
- Join us for 60 minutes of joyful movement and mobility exploration. Participants will be guided through a variety of postures and movement flows, including seated, standing, and lying down positions. All ages and abilities are welcome, as we create a community where everyone can feel at ease in their movement journey.
